Staff were consistently courteous and all very pleasant!

Enjoyed the airy and neat room with good views. The location in a good area was marvellous and there were retailers and all the main shops nearby.

The hotel was great and absolutely fabulous with really good personnel on the reception desk. The restaurant was nice for dinner, I tried hot dishes. Marvellous and super location, it was close to the train station.  

Awesome and amazing location, metres from Riverside. Practical and airy room with a storage, decafinated coffee, and a writing table.

The units where recently renovated and the staff were friendly attentive and particularly attentive people on the reception desk. The view of the town was pleasant and breakfast was warm and large. Great location not far 

Terrific accommodation, the breakfast was marvellous, fab location right next to Central Station. Neat, compact rooms overlooking the city. Reasonably priced cocktail bar.

I ate at a lovely restaurant for dinner. It was excellent quality and had an amazing view of the town.

Had really nice stay by the customer service. The breakfast was reasonably priced for all tastes, truly enjoyed it. The location was very central, adjacent to the center of Newcastle and the train station opposite.
